Credit Card information is used to reserve an appointment only. Nothing is charged to your card at this time. If you wish to use your credit card to pay for our services, our Service Tech will ask for your card at the time of service.

- Appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours may result in a cancellation charge.

Our tech will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. Please make sure we have the correct phone number to reach you and to answer your phone when he calls. If the tech cannot reach you, he will assume that you are not available to keep your appointment.
Unless other arrangements have been made in writing, all work is done on time and material basis.
